# Talent Finder X

Talent Finder X is an AI-powered recruitment and talent-matching platform designed to help Web2 companies transition into Web3 and AI-driven operations

Powered by **Brand Kiln**, a strategic partner of **HPEC DAO**, Talent Finder X enables thru ( AI & Edge Compute ) for organizations to:

* Identify, screen, and recruit talent using AI
* Reduce hiring friction and time-to-placement
* Access global Web3-native and AI-ready talent pools
* Transition from traditional teams into autonomous, AI-augmented workflows

Talent Finder X operates as a **real-world, revenue-generating service layer** within the HPEC DAO ecosystem.

### Where the Commission Comes From

Revenue is generated when **companies sign paid recruitment or talent services contracts** through Talent Finder X.

HPEC DAO participates through its strategic partnership with **Brand Kiln**, earning a **percentage-based commission on total contract value closed**.

#### Commission Milestones (Gross Deal Volume)

| Total Deal Volume | DAO Commission Rate |
| ----------------- | ------------------- |
| Below $500,000    | 10%                 |
| $1,000,000        | 15%                 |
| $1,500,000+       | 20%                 |

As deal volume increases:

* Commission rates increase
* DAO revenue scales non-linearly
* Active Ambassadors benefit from higher aggregate returns

This creates **clear, measurable growth targets** for the ecosystem.

***

### Role of Active Ambassadors

Expansion of Talent Finder X is coordinated through **Active Ambassadors of HPEC DAO**.

[Active Ambassadors](/hyper-performance-edge-computing-hpec-dao-docs/documentation/basics-execution-layer/integrations/participation-roles/active-ambassadors.md):

* Introduce Talent Finder X to companies and institutions
* Support onboarding of Web2 organizations into AI + Web3
* Coordinate enterprise relationships regionally
* Collaborate with other Active Ambassadors on larger accounts

Active Ambassadors are **growth operators**, not sales reps.\
Rewards are based on **closed business**, not outreach alone.

***

### Goal-Driven Participation Model

Active Ambassadors can align around **shared or individual goals**, such as:

* Closing the first $500K in total deal volume
* Coordinating regional enterprise pipelines
* Collaborating on large multi-country clients
* Scaling toward the 15% and 20% commission tiers

This allows:

* Individual performance
* Group collaboration
* Cross-region deal sharing
* Transparent progress tracking

***

### Revenue Distribution Model (Post-Commission)

Once the DAO receives commission revenue from Talent Finder X, funds are distributed as follows:

#### 🔹 80% — Active Ambassador Rewards

* Distributed to the Active Ambassador(s) who originated and closed the deal
* Can be split across multiple contributors if applicable
* Rewards execution, not speculation

#### 🔹 10% — Infrastructure Reinvestment

* Used to acquire:
  * HyperCycle node licenses
  * New Node Factory capacity
* Reinvestment is allocated:
  * To the originating Active Ambassador pool, or
  * To a DAO-designated pool via governance

#### 🔹 10% — HPEC DAO Treasury

* Supports DAO operations, tooling, and ecosystem growth
* Ensures long-term sustainability

***

### Why This Model Works

This structure ensures:

* Revenue is **earned from real clients**
* Active Ambassadors have **clear performance targets**
* Higher deal volume = higher commission tiers
* Success directly expands decentralized infrastructure
* The DAO benefits without centralizing sales power

There are:

* No upfront guarantees
* No fixed salaries
* No passive yield

Only real adoption produces rewards.

***

### Governance & Accountability

* Talent Finder X operates as a **DAO-approved service initiative**
* Commission tiers and distribution rules are:
  * Transparent
  * Predefined
  * Governed
* Attribution and disputes are handled through DAO governance processes
* Any change to commission tiers or revenue allocation requires DAO approval

***

### Strategic Partner: Brand Kiln

**Brand Kiln** is the strategic partner powering Talent Finder X.

{% embed url="<https://brandkiln.com/>" %}

This partnership combines:

* Brand Kiln’s enterprise AI recruitment infrastructure
* HPEC DAO’s global Active Ambassador network
* A DAO-governed expansion model without centralized custody

Together, they enable **real-world enterprise onboarding into AI and Web3**.

***

### Strategic Alignment with HPEC DAO

Talent Finder X strengthens HPEC DAO by:

* Onboarding non-crypto-native companies
* Generating non-speculative service revenue
* Creating measurable goals for Active Ambassadors
* Funding Node Factory expansion organically

This reinforces the core loop:

**Active Ambassadors → Enterprise Services → Revenue → Infrastructure → DAO Growth**

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://hyper-performance-edge-computing.gitbook.io/hyper-performance-edge-computing-hpec-dao-docs/documentation/basics-execution-layer/markdown/talent-finder-x.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
