# Principles | Incentive Design | Capital Coordination

HPEC DAO does not optimize for exits. It optimizes for capacity, coordination, and continuity.

#### Principles | Incentive Design | Capital Coordination | Network Execution

HPEC DAO does not optimize for exits.\
It optimizes for **capacity, coordination, continuity, and execution**.

HPEC DAO’s economic framework is designed to align long-term infrastructure growth with fair participation, non-custodial ownership, and DAO-governed coordination across multiple execution layers.

Unlike short-term yield models, HPEC prioritizes **capacity creation first**, followed by **sustainable and diversified reward pathways** once infrastructure reaches operational maturity.

This framework is built around **four core pillars**:

1. **Principles**
2. **Incentive Design**
3. **Capital Coordination**
4. **Network Execution (CMHPEC Decentralized Network)**

***

### 1. Principles

HPEC DAO follows the same foundational logic as HyperCycle itself:

> **Infrastructure must exist before value extraction.**

All economic activity is subordinated to the long-term integrity and scalability of decentralized compute infrastructure.

#### Core Principles

#### 1. Infrastructure First

* Rewards are not extracted prematurely.
* Node Factories must be built, activated, and operational before monetization.
* Capacity always precedes yield.
* Economic abstraction never weakens physical or protocol-level infrastructure.

#### 2. Long-Term Alignment

* Participants are builders, not renters.
* Active Ambassadors (AAs) commit to infrastructure expansion, not short-term speculation.
* Value compounds through reinvestment, scaling, and service utilization.
* Exit is explicit, governed, and mutual — never implicit.

#### 3. Non-Custodial Participation

* Delegation ≠ surrender of ownership.
* Node licenses, nodes, and NFTs remain on-chain and auditable.
* DAO coordination replaces centralized custody.
* Operators retain sovereignty while participating in collective execution.

#### 4. DAO-Governed Outcomes

* Economic flows are governed, not discretionary.
* Changes to reward distribution, reinvestment strategy, or exit conditions require DAO alignment.
* No single operator, region, or entity can unilaterally redirect infrastructure or capital.

#### 5. Fairness Through Contribution

* Early contributors assumed higher technical, economic, and coordination risk.
* Later participants benefit from existing infrastructure and reduced uncertainty.
* Governance mechanisms balance this asymmetry over time without retroactive dilution.

HPEC DAO does not promise instant rewards.\
It guarantees **participation in real, operating infrastructure**.

***

### 2. Incentive Design

HPEC DAO’s incentive model follows the **operational reality of HyperCycle Node Factories**, not abstract yield assumptions.

#### Revenue Begins Before Full Unlock

Node Factories:

* Begin generating revenue as soon as they are active
* Do **not** require full unlock to participate in services
* Increase revenue proportionally with each Node Factory level unlocked
* More unlocks = more capacity = more revenue
* Full unlock represents **maximum throughput**, not a starting condition

This allows early infrastructure to be productive while continuing to scale.

***

#### The Four Reward Pathways for Active Ambassadors

Active Ambassadors earn through **four aligned and non-extractive mechanisms**, starting early and compounding over time.

***

#### 1️⃣ DAO-Level Economic Initiatives

Active Ambassadors participate in DAO-governed economic structures, including:

* **HPEC DAO PASS**
* **CMHPEC DAO PASS**

These initiatives:

* Aggregate Node Factories under DAO coordination
* Abstract participation without fragmenting infrastructure
* Distribute participation rights, not speculative yield
* Allow early contributors to benefit as infrastructure scales
* Reinforce long-term alignment between operators and the DAO

***

#### 2️⃣ Service Revenue from Active Node Factories (HyperCycle Services)

Once a Node Factory is:

* Activated (Tranche 1 or higher)
* Delegated into services such as **HMS on HyperPG**

It begins producing real service revenue.

**Key characteristics:**

* Revenue grows with each Node Factory unlock
* Early tranches already contribute
* Full unlock maximizes throughput, not eligibility

**Current revenue allocation model (DAO-governed):**

* **80%** → Active Ambassadors & Node License Delegators
* **10%** → Reinvestment into additional node licenses
* **10%** → Operator support & HPEC DAO Treasury

This ensures:

* Operators are rewarded
* Capacity continues to expand
* The DAO remains sustainable

***

#### 3️⃣ CMHPEC Decentralized Network Execution (Fourth Pathway)

CMHPEC is not an economic abstraction — it is an **operating decentralized network**.

Node Factories delegated into **CMHPEC**:

* Participate in service testing, orchestration, and deployment
* Support DAO-level ANaaS, AaaS, and Autonomous Web Infrastructure
* Generate additional revenue streams independent of HyperPG alone

This introduces:

* Network-level revenue experimentation
* Multi-service utilization of the same infrastructure
* Reduced dependency on a single execution environment

CMHPEC acts as:

> **The execution layer where DAO-coordinated infrastructure becomes a working decentralized network.**

***

#### 4️⃣ Post-Unlock Node Strategies (Optional Liquidity)

After a Node Factory reaches full unlock:

* Individual (Level 9) nodes become fully liberated

DAO proposals may include:

* Selling single nodes
* Reallocating nodes to new services
* Migrating capacity across HPEC DAOs
* Structured exit scenarios (by mutual agreement)

This provides **optional liquidity**, never forced exits.

***

#### Important Clarifications

* Active Ambassadors are **not paid salaries**
* There is **no guaranteed fixed yield**
* Rewards scale with:
  * Operational uptime
  * Tranche unlocks
  * Service demand
  * DAO coordination decisions

This mirrors HyperCycle’s design and avoids extractive economics.

***

### 3. Capital Coordination

Capital coordination in HPEC DAO is **not fundraising** — it is **resource alignment**.

#### What Is Coordinated

* HYPC delegation (historical)
* Node licenses
* Node Factories
* Operational capacity
* DAO NFTs (DAO PASSes)

All coordinated without centralized custody.

#### Role of Active Ambassadors

Active Ambassadors:

* Seed and scale Node Factories
* Coordinate regional deployments
* Operate or delegate operations
* Act as infrastructure multipliers

They are **operators and governors**, not passive investors.

***

#### Evolution of the Model (Clarified)

**Early Phase**

* 10,240 HYPC delegated per Active Ambassador
* HYPC valued significantly higher at the time
* High risk, high commitment
* Enabled creation of the first large-scale Node Factories

**Current Reality**

* HYPC price dynamics have changed
* Node licenses are now the primary bottleneck
* Infrastructure already exists (+1000 Node Factories across HPEC DAOs)

**Updated Participation Model**

* New Active Ambassadors delegate **node licenses**, not capital
* Participation is routed through **CMHPEC DAO PASS**
* Node Factories are created inside DAO-coordinated pools
* Participants join a living system, not a blank slate

This:

* Protects early contributors
* Prevents dilution
* Keeps incentives aligned

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://hyper-performance-edge-computing.gitbook.io/hyper-performance-edge-computing-hpec-dao-docs/documentation/basics-execution-layer/integrations/economic-framework/principles-or-incentive-design-or-capital-coordination.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
