# HPEC DAO PASS

HyperCycle Node Factories on HPEC DAO PASS

## Proof of Concept: HPEC DAO PASS & HyperCycle Node Factories

### Overview

This initiative represents the **first live Proof of Concept (PoC)** of HPEC DAO’s ability to coordinate **HyperCycle Node Factories** as productive, DAO-governed infrastructure.

Rather than theorizing decentralized infrastructure economics, HPEC DAO:

* Deployed real HyperCycle Node Factories
* Delegated real operational capacity
* Implemented transparent, rule-based distribution
* Anchored governance on-chain

This initiative is known as **HPEC DAO PASS**.\

**🔧 Additional Utility — Lifetime Access to Cardevia.ai**

**HPEC DAO PASS holders receive Lifetime Access to Cardevia.ai**, powered by **Flux Point Studios**.

#### What is Cardevia?

**Cardevia.ai** is a blockchain-focused AI development assistant designed to help builders, node operators, and infrastructure teams navigate complex Web3 and AI systems.

It is purpose-built for:

* Blockchain development workflows
* Smart contracts and protocol logic
* Infrastructure orchestration and automation
* AI + Web3 integration use cases

For HyperCycle Node Operators and Active Ambassadors, Cardevia serves as a **practical exploration and learning tool**, accelerating understanding of:

* Agent-based systems
* On-chain/off-chain coordination
* Infrastructure-driven applications
* Emerging AI execution models

### What Is HPEC DAO PASS?

**HPEC DAO PASS** is a fixed collection of **1,000 NFTs on the Cardano blockchain**.

The PASS functions as:

* A **DAO participation and coordination primitive**
* A **distribution reference** for delegated infrastructure output
* A long-term alignment mechanism between infrastructure, operators, and governance

The PASS does **not** represent:

* Ownership of nodes
* Custody of infrastructure
* Guaranteed returns
* A managed investment product

All behavior is governed by **DAO-approved rules**.

***

### Deployed Infrastructure (Phase 1)

**Total Active HyperCycle Node Factories:** **148**

* **74 Ethereum Node Factories**
* **74 Base Network Advanced Node Factory Entities (ANFEs)**

All factories are:

* Operated by independent HyperCycle participants
* Delegated to HPEC DAO
* Economically coordinated, not custodied, by the DAO

***

### Node Factory Classification

#### 🧱 Genesis Node Factories

*Early infrastructure committed before broad DAO activation*

* **22 Ethereum Node Factories**
* **22 Base Network ANFEs**

***

#### 🌱 Growth Node Factories

*Infrastructure activated through delegation by active participants*

* **52 Ethereum Node Factories**
* **52 Base Network ANFEs**

***

### Distribution Framework (Phase 1)

All distributions are **predefined, transparent, and governance-controlled**.\
Percentages represent **relative allocation**, not guarantees.

***

#### 📦 Genesis Ethereum Node Factories (22)

| Allocation                 | Percentage |
| -------------------------- | ---------- |
| **HPEC DAO PASS Holders**  | **80%**    |
| HPEC DAO Treasury          | 10%        |
| HPEC DAO Reinvestment Pool | 10%        |

#### 📦 Growth Ethereum Node Factories (52)

| Allocation                               | Percentage |
| ---------------------------------------- | ---------- |
| **Active Ambassadors (HYPC Delegators)** | **40%**    |
| **HPEC DAO PASS Holders**                | **40%**    |
| HPEC DAO Treasury                        | 10%        |
| HPEC DAO Reinvestment Pool               | 10%        |

#### 📦 Genesis Base Network ANFEs (22)

| Allocation                 | Percentage |
| -------------------------- | ---------- |
| **HPEC DAO PASS Holders**  | **80%**    |
| HPEC DAO Treasury          | 10%        |
| HPEC DAO Reinvestment Pool | 10%        |

#### 📦 Growth Base Network ANFEs (52)

| Allocation                                   | Percentage |
| -------------------------------------------- | ---------- |
| **ETH Factory Activators (HYPC Delegators)** | **40%**    |
| **HPEC DAO PASS Holders**                    | **40%**    |
| HPEC DAO Treasury                            | 10%        |
| HPEC DAO Reinvestment Pool                   | 10%        |

***

### 🔁 DAO Reinvestment Pool

A fixed portion of all infrastructure output is routed into a **DAO-controlled Reinvestment Pool**.

**Mandate:**

* Deploy additional Node Factories
* Expand into new networks
* Increase long-term productive capacity
* Strengthen network resilience

All reinvestment actions require **DAO governance approval**.

***

### Why This Proof of Concept Matters

This initiative demonstrates that:

* HyperCycle Node Factories can be coordinated **without central custody**
* Infrastructure can function as a **yield-generating network asset**
* Value can be distributed across **multiple blockchains**
* Governance can replace centralized intermediaries
* Network growth can be **self-reinforcing**

This is not cloud hosting.\
This is **autonomous infrastructure coordination**.

***

### Forward Evolution

This Proof of Concept represents **Phase 1**.

Future phases may include:

* Additional Node Factory types
* Expanded service layers (ANaaS, AaaS)
* Updated governance mechanics
* New distribution frameworks
* Cross-DAO collaborations

All changes evolve through **transparent DAO governance**.

***

> **HPEC DAO does not sell infrastructure.**\
> **It coordinates autonomous outcomes.**

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://hyper-performance-edge-computing.gitbook.io/hyper-performance-edge-computing-hpec-dao-docs/documentation/basics-execution-layer/integrations/economic-framework/economic-initiatives/hpec-dao-pass.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
